Tonight's Dooly County Board of Education meeting was called to order by a very special guest: Kaymon Felton, a kindergarten student from Mrs. Mathis' class!



The Dooly County School System recognized Ovarian Cancer Awareness this November by honoring the memory of Ms. Carolyn Brooks. Today, November 21st, we invited everyone to participate in the 'Bobcats Wear Teal for Carolyn' Day. Ms. Brooks, our beloved former DCHS Assistant Principal and DCSS CEO CCA/CTAE Director, would have celebrated her birthday on November 27th.







🏫 Day 4 of American Education Week: Educator for a Day! Today we welcomed community leaders to shadow our administrators. Special thanks to Unadilla Mayor Myron Mixon, Pinehurst Mayor Connie Christmas, House of Raeford's Sheena Jones, and Vienna City Council's Tabatha Carter for experiencing a day in the life at our schools.
