Ms. Sharron Marcus, former Dooly County School System Leader and retired educator was welcomed by a standing ovation from the DCSS. She encouraged faculty and staff to look in the mirror, remember that they are all a part of the Dooly TEAM, to not fall into the blame game. She reminded the educational leaders that they have power, strength and purpose. Ms. Marcus, now an author, inspired faculty and staff to never lose the joy of educating the future and shared much wisdom from her own experiences and writings.
