🏈 It’s Game Time, Bobcats! 🏈

The Dooly County Football Team will host the Irwin County Indians this Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Dooly Stadium – "The Grove"!

This is our first official home game of the season, and we’re making it BLACK OUT NIGHT!
So come out strong, wear your ALL BLACK Bobcat gear, and let’s show up and show out for our team!

🕕 Gates open at 6:00 p.m.

✅ Stadium Reminders:

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow our stadium rules:

Clear bags only

No standing on railings

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Please park in designated areas

No parking on grassy areas or along fence lines

We are excited to announce tryouts for the 2025-2026 Dooly County Girls Flag Football teams! Come show your skills and be a part of the Varsity or Junior Varsity squad!

📅 Tryout Dates:

Tuesday, September 9

Thursday, September 11

🕟 Time:

Tryouts begin promptly at 4:30 PM

📍 Location:

Tryouts will be held at the stadium. Please ensure rides pick up outside the stadium, not in front of the school.

📋 Eligibility:

Varsity: Open to girls in grades 9–12

Junior Varsity: Open to girls in grade 8

Must be in good academic, behavioral, and attendance standing

Must have a current physical on file

🧢 What to Bring:

Tennis shoes or running shoes (required)

Optional: Cleats

Athletic clothing (no jeans, hoodies, Crocs, or slides)

Water bottle, towel, and other workout essentials

🔬A huge thank you to Mrs. Garrard for donating solutions to support Mr. Mbigha’s Biology labs for Unit 1! 🧪🐾 Our students are currently diving into macromolecules and exploring how different solutions can be used to test for carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, and nucleic acids.
