Dooly County High School Athletics is thrilled to announce that Eliza Bryant will be the coach of our Lady Bobcats Basketball Team. Coach Bryant (aka Coach E.) is a proud 2009 graduate of Dooly County High School. Coach E built her foundation as a student-athlete and competitor on and off the court. She went on to play college basketball, where she refined her skills and deepened her understanding of the game from a strategic and leadership perspective.

Over the years, Coach E has brought her passion for the sport to multiple teams, coaching with purpose, grit, and vision. Her coaching style is rooted in High Energy. Dedication. Domination. Determination. She believes that success in basketball — and in life — is earned through hard work, mental toughness, and the willingness to grow as both an individual and a teammate.

Coach E is known not only for developing skilled athletes but for building strong, confident young women who know how to study the game, master the game, and shift the game. She leads with high energy, structure, and heart — and she’s just getting started. We look forward to great things from Coach Bryant and our Lady Bobcat Basketball Team!

Dear Dooly County High School students, parents, and community members, As I prepare to step down as your principal, I want you to know what an incredible honor it has been to serve this amazing school community for the past three years. This was not an easy decision, as the relationships we've built together have become so meaningful to me.
To our students: Watching you grow, achieve your goals, and overcome challenges has been the highlight of my career. The relationships we've built - whether in the hallways, at games, during assemblies, or in my office - are treasures I will carry with me always. Your resilience, creativity, and spirit have inspired me every single day.
To our parents and community: Thank you for welcoming me with open arms and making me feel valued as a member of this community. While I may not reside in Dooly County, you have truly made me feel like family. The partnerships we've formed and your unwavering support for our students have been extraordinary. I pray that we have an opportunity to communicate during this period of transition.
As you all continue your journeys, know that I believe in each and every one of you. I can't wait to hear about all the amazing things you'll accomplish. Once a Bobcat, always a Bobcat! 🐾
