This hands-on learning experience allowed students to explore potential career paths and gain valuable insights into the grocery retail industry. We extend our sincere gratitude to STAR Innovative Coaching and the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) for facilitating this engaging and educational opportunity, making career exploration both meaningful and interactive for our students.

Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) at Dooly County Schools empowers our students with real-world skills, leadership opportunities, and valuable industry certifications. Through our diverse pathways, we're preparing students for success in college, careers, and life! At Dooly County High School, our CTAE programs provide hands-on learning experiences that connect classroom instruction to real-world applications. Our students develop essential workplace skills while exploring career interests and pursuing industry certifications in their chosen fields.
Our students actively participate in Career Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs), where they apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects and competitions. These organizations develop leadership skills, professional connections, and hands-on experience that prepare our students for future success.
Through work-based learning opportunities and industry partnerships, our CTAE students gain invaluable experience that sets them apart. Many of our pathways lead to industry certifications, giving our graduates a competitive edge as they enter college or the workforce.
