DCHS Robotics Takes on First Tech Challenge! 🤖 Our talented team competed at First Presbyterian Day School in Macon, GA, where they showcased their independently built and programmed robot designed to collect and sort tiles. Mrs. Duncan, our exceptional school counselor, was nominated by Dr. Hollie Walters for her impact on our student and staff wellbeing. She's pioneered several initiatives including grief support groups and REACH scholarship coordination, while managing our PBIS program with innovative additions like chapter books to encourage reading. Beyond our halls, she serves as the Rural Counselor Liaison for the Georgia Association of School Counselors, recently sharing her expertise in "The Beacon" publication.
