Parents - The truck is here behind the K-8 Academy Kitchen in Pinehurst with the free summer meal boxes today, June 27th. Meal boxes are available for all children up to the age of 18. Availability is on a first come first serve basis. Thank you!

All meal boxes for this week have been picked up. School Nutrition will have meal boxes again on Monday, June 27th starting around 10:00 a.m. for children ages 18 and under at the Dooly K-8 Academy. Thank you!

Parents- School Nutrition still has meal boxes available for children below the age of 18. The boxes can be picked up at the Dooly K-8 Academy kitchen door before noon, June 22nd. You can drive up to the kitchen door, honk your horn, and someone will bring the boxes out to your vehicle. There will not be anyone at the kitchen after 12 noon. Thank you!

Parents and students, please be advised that the Dooly County School System book bus is at the Unadilla Community and Dooly Bethel Baptist Church today, June 15 until 12:30 p.m. Come on out for free books and snacks.

Graduation will be held on the football field. The gates will open at 7:15 a.m. and close promptly at 7:50 a.m. Let’s celebrate the DCHS Class of 2022!!

Congratulations to DCHS student Arlisia Bryant for being selected to serve on the GSBA Youth Advisory Council. She will be 1 of 5 students serving statewide.

Senior Parade Information for Thursday, 5/19: Seniors will be lining up on Cotton Street and parade down Third Street to DCHS. Lineup begins at 3:30 PM. Parade begins at 4! Line up Third Street to celebrate our Class of 2022!!!!!

The Honors Day Program time for DCHS has been changed to Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 1:30 PM in the high school gym. The Senior Honors Program will still start at 6 PM. Seniors are asked to dress in black.

The Class of 2022 and their parents are invited to the DCHS fishing pond May 9, 2022, 5:30 PM. Bring your own chair and fishing equipment.

Dear Dooly County School System Families, Due to the potential for severe weather tomorrow, Dooly County School System will have an inclement weather day on Wednesday, April 6, 2022. Students, faculty, and staff will not report to the schools. All after-school activities are canceled tomorrow. Please follow the guidance issued in weather reports and stay safe. Thank you.

Due to inclement weather, Dooly County Schools will have early dismissal today, April 5th, at 1:30 pm. Car riders need to be picked up at that time. Buses will depart the schools to take students home at 1:30 pm. Please be careful and follow guidance from weather reports as provided. Thank you.
