Dooly County School System

On Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at the Annual Chamber of Commerce and Family Connections Luncheon, the Dooly County School System Literacy Council was recognized as the Community Partner of the Year. Amanda O'Neal stated that the Literacy Council embodies everything that Family Connections believe in as it relates to literacy, and that both groups are working collaboratively to make a tremendous impact reading levels and student achievement. Holly Black, Chief Academic Officer accepted the award on behalf of Dooly County School System along with other member of the school system and community.
